Block the 4th of October as Google is coming out with exciting new releases. The plethora of new products including its new smartphones will be launched at the event. A trustworthy source confirms that Google is going to launch the latest Pixel-branded smartphones “Pixel and Pixel XL”, a 4K Chromecast and a detailed Google Home. It is also rumored that Google will unveil the new Daydream VR viewer.
There are reports that the 4K Chromecast will be probably named as Chromecast Plus or Chromecast Ultra (makes sense – ultra HD) and the exquisite Daydream device will be released with the name of Daydream View.
The 4K Chromecast was supposed to be launched last year but due to some circumstances, they are introducing it to the world this October. Two new Nexus phones were rumored to hit the market for a long time but it seems Google is going to ditch the brand name Nexus and use Pixel for their new smartphones. Pretty much everyone is unsure about the place where the mega event is going to be held but as the previous records suggest it is going to be either in San Francisco or New York. Google has hosted its recent events in these two major cities and we expect it to be same even this time.
Nothing has yet been revealed about the cost of these new devices but we expect some hints soon enough. There is also no news about the date when the devices will go on sale in the retail stores. Google is certified by the FCC and it is known to all but the Pixel Phones are going to be manufactured by none other than HTC. There have been some leaks that claim the new phones will have a Snapdragon 820, 4GB RAM and the Android 7.0 Nougat.
The displays and resolutions are expected to differ and it is also said that it will come with a 12-megapixel camera sensor. The event is surely going to be lengthy as there are many things to cover. We are expecting a lot from this event and hope that Google will impress us with its new range of products.
