Take printout of an email in Gmail
Below are the steps to take the printout of the entire email without missing any text of the email:
- Open your Gmail account.
- Open the email you want to take printout.
- Click on the drop down icon at top right corner.
- Select Print option.

- If your printer is connected, you will get the print option. Click on that and you have the printout of that email.

How to save email as PDF in Gmail
The procedure is almost same as above to save email as PDF.
- Open your Gmail account.
- Open the email you want to take printout.
- Click on the drop down icon at top right corner.
- Select Print option.
- Next, look for the Destination if it’s save as pdf, then click on Save button. Else change the destination.

- To change the Destination, click on Change button and select Save as PDF. Next, click on Save button and give the location where you want to save the pdf.
